Gentlemant Sumoll by Clos Lentiscus is a sparkling Pet Nat wine made in Catalonia with Sumoll grapes. The importer tells us its a dry red fruit on the nose that’s aromatic and fragrant. It’s elegant and clean with a nice acidic edge that’s nice and smooth.

Head winemaker (alongside his daughter) Manel Aviñó also known as “The Bubble Man” for making some of the best natural sparkling wines in the region.
