Cos – Cerasuolo Di Vittoria 2016

The 2014 vintage of this respected Sicilian wine, Cerasuolo di Vittoria by COS was full of red cherry, earth, leather, plum, spice and slight touch of bitterness on the finish. It comes with grippy tannins that would make this a fantastic partner for some hearty food or grilled meats.

We would expect this 2016 to be similar, although please remember wines of course vary vintage to vintage.
