Rockaille Billy by No Control is made by Ex Punk-Rocker Vincent Marie in the Volvic region of Auvergne with Gamay grapes, which are grown on Volcanic soil. The wine sees no added sulphur at any point.

Gamay from Auvergne, with Volatile Acidity (V.A) gifting it lift. Volcanic minerality is present but this is clearly for acid lovers
