AA Ancestral is a natural wine crafted by Partida Creus, in Bonastre near Tarragona in the Catalonia region in Spain. This disgorged, cleaner Pet Nat (aka Ancestral) wine is made with Xarel-lo, Parellada, Moscatel and Ull de Llebre grapes.

We hear it’s softly sparkling, fresh, slightly floral and salty.

Fennel, salted lemons and peaches are the main tasting notes.
